Climogragh and analysis by Andrea Nevado Bustillo. 1st A

It is a Humid sub-tropical climate, with hot summers and cool winters.
Precipitation is abundant, around 1500mm. It mainly rains in the rainy season, from June to October.

The warmest months are July and August, while the coldest ones are January and February. Te average temperature is around 14,5º C, simitlar to the Mediterranean climate but a bit lower. Precipitation is greater in Humid sub-tropical  climate; those are the main differences between them, despite they've got many characteristics in common.

Humid su-tropical climate is found sin some areas belonging to Asia, such as China or Japan.
This climate belongs to a temperate zone on the Earth.

Quito es la capital de Ecuador, se encuentra en el hemisferio Sur, a más de 2.000 mt de altitud con respecto al nivel del mar.

Sus temperaturas no son muy frías, pero tampoco son cálidas, la temperatura media es de 13,3 º durante todo el año. Son moderadas y muy regulares a lo largo del año y no se diferencia estaciones ya que está en el Ecuador, el paralelo más ancho de la tierra y sobre el que los rayos del sol inciden de forma directa siempre.

El total de precipitaciones es de 1172, 3 mm a lo largo del año. Son muy abundantes y se encuentran en mayor cantidad de agosto hasta mayo.

El clima de Quito es ecuatorial  modificado por la altitud. Es un clima muy húmedo con precipitaciones superiores a los 1000 mm,. Las temperaturas son regulares a lo largo de todo el año, y son más bajas que las propias de un clima ecuatorial ya que la altitud afecta y modifica este patrón de clima.
El clima ecuatorial es propio de las zonas cálidas de la Tierra.

This is a climograph of Las Vegas. It is located in the Northern hermisphere, and its geographical coordinates are 36 º8'N and 115º16'W. Temperatures are low in winter and hot in summer, so there are four seasons: spring, summer, autumn and winter. The coldest month is January, because the temperature is 7,5º C, and the warmest month is July, because the temperature is 32,8ºC. The total annual recipitation is 113,2 mm, it is very low. There is a dry season all year, because rain is very scarce. The average temperature is 19,5º. We can see that Las Vegas has a hot desert climate, bacause of the rainfall, less than 240mm, and because of the average temperature , about 20ºC.  Desert climates are found around tropical latitudes.

This city is located in the Northern Hemisfere. 
Average temperature is hot, 28,1º C.
The warmest month is April, the coldes month is January, although temperature variation between the hottest and coldest month is less than 5 º C.  Because of that we can assert  this place has no seasons.
Total annual rainfall is 1466,9 mm. It is extremely abundant. There is a dry season from November to March.
This is a tropical rainfall climate, with dry season. Hot zone climate.

This climate belongs to a temperate zone because of the latitude.

The average temperature is low, around 4,1º C. The coldes month is January ant the warmest months is July . Temperature variation between both months is 28 º. Extremenly high variation.

We can distinguish four seasons: spring, summer, autumn and winter, because of temperatures.
Total annual rainfal is 600,6mm. It rains all year round, so rainfall is regular, although it is more abundant in summer months .

This city has a Continental Climate,  because of its low average temperature  4,1º, the regular rainfall, especially abundant en summer and no more than 650 mm, and the high temperature variation between winter and summer months.
